Choice of Dentists
When you become a member with Prestige Health Choice you will be able to select a dentist who will look after all your dental needs.
How do I receive care?
After your effective date, call the dentist you selected and tell the office that you have MCNA coverage. They will schedule you for an appointment to see the dentist.
What if I need to change Dentists?
You may change your dentist at any time by choosing a new dentist from the directory supplied to you at the time of enrollment.
Covered services include exams, x-rays, cleanings, fluoride, fillings, extractions, and other services. For a detailed listing of all covered dental services, please contact MCNA's Member Services Department at 1-800-274-5038.
When a specialist's care (Orthodontics, Periodontics, Oral Surgery or Endodontics), is needed, you may be referred by your participating General Dentist.
Since time set aside for a patient is very valuable to the dentist, it is requested that you notify the dental office at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot keep an appointment.
What if I have a problem or complaint?
