Report Healthcare Fraud


MCNA investigates and refers cases of suspected fraud, waste and abuse (FWA) for investigation by state regulators and law enforcement. MCNAs members and providers are the most important link in finding fraud. You know better than anyone what dental services you have received or rendered.

You can report suspected fraud by phone, through the Internet or by regular mail. You can do this without giving your name, but if you agree to give your name and other contact information, it will help our Compliance Department obtain future information (anything reported is kept confidential). When reporting suspected fraud, please provide as much detail as possible, including:

  1. The name of person you suspect of committing fraud;
  2. Item or service involved in the allegation;
  3. Place of service;
  4. Nature of the allegation (description of the act that you think involved fraud);
  5. Timeframe of the allegation; and
  6. The amount of money involved, if you know.
