3. How do I receive care?
After your effective date, call the dentist you selected and tell the office that you have MCNA coverage. They will schedule you for an appointment to see the dentist.
4. What if I need to change Dentists?
You may change your dentist at any time by choosing a new dentist from the directory supplied to you at the time of enrollment.
5. Dental Benefits
- Children - Covered services include exams, x-rays, cleanings, fluoride, fillings, extractions, and other services.
- Adults - Covered services include exams, x-rays, cleanings, fluoride, fillings, extractions, and other services.
For a detailed listing of all covered dental services, please contact MCNA's Member Services Department at 1-800-494-6262.
6. Specialty Care
When a specialist's care (Orthodontics, Periodontics, Oral Surgery or Endodontics), is needed, you may be referred by your participating General Dentist.
7. Canceling Appointments

8. What if I have a problem or complaint?
We hope that you never have a problem or complaint, but if you do, we want to hear about it. Just call the MCNA Member Services Department, which is staffed with specially trained representatives.
