MCNA was founded by a group of dentists in 1992 and is one of the fastest growing dental networks in the United States. The key to our success has been our relationships with our providers in each region. MCNA is a provider friendly program.
Our extensive provider network can easily serve program participants within reasonable geographic and travel time distances. We build strong dental provider networks by carefully targeting those with experience meeting the special needs of this population.
Credentialing
Credentialing assures that only dentists of the highest caliber are screened and approved, by a Committee of licensed and Board Certified Dentists, before joining our network of providers. The Credentialing Department follows CMS and NCQA guidelines for Primary Source Verification of potential provider's backgrounds.
Our staff is trained to process your information within all regulatory statutes and maintains all information with the strictest confidence while interacting with you in a professional and pleasant manner. We welcome you to contact us to learn more about the credentialing process.
